TWO. We Plan Everything Together We'll get on a call and go through every detail. For surprise proposals, that means the location, the timing, where to stand, which direction to face, and anything else that matters. For engagement and couples sessions, we'll nail down the location, the light, and what to wear. Nothing is left to figure out on the day.

THREE. The Day of the Session For proposals, all the planning is already in place. Show up, relax, and ask the question. I'll handle everything else. I work with a long lens and stay out of sight so your partner has no idea I'm there. For engagement and couples sessions, I'll guide you through the whole thing with fun and playful prompts. The session is designed to be enjoyable and you'll remember the experience as much as you love the photos.

FOUR. Sneak Peek Within 24 Hours You'll have preview images the next day. Your full edited gallery arrives within two weeks. All digital images are included.

FIVE. Share It Send it to your family. Post it. Print it.

Proposal + Petite Engagement Session | $650 Proposal coverage and up to 40-minute post-engagement session.

Proposal + Full Engagement Session | $750 Proposal coverage plus a one-hour engagement session.

Split into Two Sessions | $1,000

Proposal Now — Coverage of the proposal moment, fully planned and scouted in advance.
Engagement Session Later — A separate one-hour session once you're ready, planned with the same attention to location, light, and timing.

We coordinate everything in advance, from timing and location to where you should stand and how I stay out of sight. I use live location sharing so I know exactly when you are arriving without interrupting the moment. If you are visiting from out of town, that is not a problem. I scout locations in advance, share images of the spot, and walk you through exactly where to go and where the proposal will take place before you ever arrive.
The best location is the one that fits your story. Charleston is packed with incredible variety: the romantic cobblestones of the French Quarter, the classic greenery of White Point Garden or Hampton Park, docks, and the open coastline of Isle of Palms. If you already have a specific spot in mind we can discuss that. Otherwise, tell me the look and feel you want, and I will recommend the perfect location plan for your session.
Most couples tell me it starts to feel more like a fun date than a photo session within the first few minutes. I give natural prompts and relaxed direction rather than stiff poses.
True to color. No heavy filters, no trendy presets. Timeless edits that look like you, in the actual light of that early evening.
For surprise proposals, I try to get a sneak peek to you that same evening depending on how late the session runs. If not, you will have it the next morning. For all other sessions, sneak peek within 48 hours and full gallery within two weeks.

When two people are genuinely connected, the camera becomes irrelevant. My job is to create the conditions for that and then get out of the way.

I work on location across Charleston using natural light, and supplement with additional light when the situation calls for it. I know this city well enough to plan every session around the best conditions at the right spots. Whether you are planning a surprise proposal, an engagement session, or want photos that actually look like you two, I will handle the details so you can be present for the moment.
